Our Mission
Our mission is to evolve an enabling environment for rural planning & development, foster and strengthen receiving mechanisms at the grass-roots level through capacity building in taking care of their wellbeing and the natural environment.
Our Story
Over 3 decades of working with rural people, it was realized that there is a strong need for establishing an organization, which promotes people-friendly transparent process, partnerships, products and technologies that positively impact lives and expands livelihoods of people in the rural areas and mitigates the challenges of climate change.
Our Company
Arcasia Services (Pvt) Ltd is registered with SECP with a mandate to provide services for complementing efforts in improving wellbeing of people, living conditions and mitigating climate change challenges with nature-based solutions.
Our dedicated team has years of experience within and outside Pakistan in delivering services in a wide range of project cycle including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluations. Specifics of service delivery include needs assessment, mapping local resources and opportunities, surveys, cost estimation, designing operations and maintenance mechanisms of community based projects, and also prepare proposals for community priorities and business development.
We provide need based support for specific steps in the project cycle of community development projects and programs with focus to sustainable development goals (SGDs). Capacity building, mentoring and coaching of individuals in technical and managerial aspect is one of the key areas of our interest and expertise.
Our expertise include preparing village development plans, mapping agriculture, forestry and livestock development and farming and non-farming business opportunities that helps people to link with CPEC’s development components . Studying built environment, biodiversity conservation and cultural components are key areas of our priority.
Supporting village based small enterprises, farmers associations, civil society organizations and youth clubs at different levels including district, union council, watershed, valley and village level, neighborhood and individual level on need basis are part of our company expertise.
The company emphasizes dissemination of relevant alternate energy environment friendly products that has direct link with farming and humanitarian aid which responds to hunger, poverty, malnutrition, stunting of children and humanitarian emergency like relief early recovery and rehabilitation.
Providing technical support on clean energy not only for households but for schools, health facilities and businesses including tourist facilities as well.
Under the construction theme, we focus on planning and implementation of private, public and community physical infrastructures including nature- based solutions for irrigation facilities, flood mitigation structures, protection of water sources and safe drinking water supplies and village and valley based communication structures.
Our priority focus also include designing public and private green buildings including private homes, offices and social infrastructures such as health and educational and recreation/tourist facilities.
Under the alternate energy and technology theme, we promote clean energy such as village level mini/micro hydro and group or household level solar and wind units. These environment friendly technologies reduce carbon emission and improve energy saving and efficiencies.
We provide quality services for the followings themes: water, food security, energy, biomedical, health, nutrition and hygiene, sanitation, agriculture, forestry, livestock, farming and nonfarm livelihoods, community physical infrastructure, housing, education, disaster risk reductions, climate change, protection, environment, gender and business development. The services could be for the whole value chain of each theme mentioned above or for any certain level of step/s in the value chain.
