Our rural development team has years of experience in working with rural people in the south and north of Pakistan. We provide services for the complete project cycle of projects starting from needs assessment, surveys and proposal development and evaluations.

 

The range of our service delivery is for mostly for the following themes: water, food security, energy biomedical, health, nutrition and hygiene, sanitation, agriculture, forestry, livestock, nonfarm livelihoods, community physical infrastructure, housing, education, disaster risk reductions, climate change, environment, protection and gender, business and entrepreneurship.

 

Capacity building of individuals in technical and managerial aspect is one of the priority area of our focus. It has a broad range of methodologies including personal coaching, mentoring, classroom sessions, field visits, cases studies, presentations and online sessions depending upon the number of participants and area of interest and themes.

 

For newcomers the content of the courses of learning starts with preparing profile of existing local institutions, mapping local resources and rural livelihoods opportunities, existing built environment, flora and fauna, watersheds and local organizations including neighborhood, village level and valley level organizations on need bases. However, key topics of learning include the following:
